Nearby uses a mock provider for now. Real UK feeds will plug into the same provider interface later.

Can I log the same train twice?

Yes. Duplicate sightings are valid — enthusiasts often see the same unit many times.

What is the difference between travelled on and hauled by?

Travelled on means you were aboard the unit. Hauled by means a locomotive hauled your service. They are separate milestones.
